Privacy Policy
Effective August 27, 2026
Plumios operates AppPlumi (collectively, “AppPlumi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit appplumi.com or use the AppPlumi service, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, authentication identifiers, and workspace membership.
- Billing information: subscription status, plan, transaction and customer identifiers, and limited payment metadata. Paddle processes payment-card details; AppPlumi does not receive or store your full card number.
- Content and integrations: app-store URLs and listing data you import, marketing preferences, prompts, generated or uploaded content, publication schedules, analytics, and the social-account details needed to provide connected publishing.
- Usage and technical information: features used, actions taken, device and browser information, IP address, timestamps, diagnostic logs, and security events.
- Communications: messages and other information you send when requesting support.
How we use information
We use this information to create and secure accounts; import and analyze app information; generate, schedule, and publish content at your direction; operate subscriptions; provide support; monitor reliability and prevent abuse; comply with law; and improve AppPlumi. We do not sell personal information or use your private workspace content for third-party advertising.
Legal bases
Where the GDPR or similar law applies, we process information as necessary to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests such as securing and improving the service, comply with legal obligations, and, where required, based on your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.
Service providers and sharing
We disclose information only as needed to operate AppPlumi, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transaction. Providers may include Clerk for authentication, Paddle as merchant of record and payment processor, Cloudflare for hosting and security, infrastructure and database providers, AI model providers used to generate content, Postiz and social platforms you connect for publishing, and operational analytics or support providers. These providers process information under their own terms or our instructions, as applicable.
International transfers
AppPlumi and its providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Retention
We retain account and workspace information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to provide exports, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Billing and tax records may be kept for the legally required period. Backup copies are deleted on their normal rotation schedule. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information that no longer identifies you.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, tenant isolation, encryption in transit, and restricted handling of provider credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies
We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, security, preferences, and core service operation. If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising cookies, we will provide any notice and choices required by applicable law.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. To exercise a privacy right, email hello@plumios.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children
AppPlumi is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as AppPlumi changes. We will post the updated version here, revise the effective date, and provide additional notice when required by law.
